C2 Lets Me Communicate with People All Over the World

C2 has been an amazing part of my web building journey. I currently have two SBI sites and C2 plays a large part in both.

-One of my favorite features is that I hear from people all over the world - I get to hear directly from my visitors and we learn from each other.

-Sometimes writing content feels very one-sided from my perspective. C2 lets me know what my visitors are thinking and what they are interested in. This helps me know what to focus on next. This is a huge benefit to building a successful business.

-The submissions I get from C2 give my site a more well-rounded voice. Visitors can learn from a wide variety of people who bring their experiences and knowledge to the table.


-One of my C2 pages became a little matchmaking service for my dog related site. 2 dog owners found that they were in the same location so a little friendship was created from my site. How fun!

C2 is pretty new for my sites and I've already seen amazing results. I have so many ideas for future invitations.

I can't speak for Gale, but can offer a general response. Gale, feel free to chime in and share, if you wish.

Knowing what your customers want gives one an obvious edge over the competition. That's pretty obvious - if you know what product they want to buy, you can supply your visitors with that product and make sales.

But there is another, less obvious aspect to this which is content. If you know what your visitors are looking for, over and above what currently exists on your site, you can supply it. Doing so will not only increase traffic, but will increase customer loyalty, which in turn will positively affect future sales.

Simply put, site owners who focuses on what their customer wants is laying the groundwork to improve monetization. It follows the natural CTPM process.
