I Use Content 2.0 to Help Special Needs Families and Non-profit Organizations Find Each Other

If you've got children with special needs, or have other family members with disabilities, you'll quickly learn that you need lots of help but have less time and energy than most to look for it. On the other hand, I've worked with non-profit organizations and know that it's always a challenge for them to find their target audience with limited resources.

My two sites about disability, TheSpecialLife.com and Special-need-child-Canada.com, offer lots of free information to families and caregivers dealing with disability. An ever-increasing group of people who need that information come to my site, and also share what they've learned along the way. I set up Content 2.0 to make it easy to share tips about disability discounts, different therapy options, or travelling with special needs.

I also offer my visitors the latest news on research in Cerebral Palsy, Autism, and Down Syndrome, as well as other key news topics in the disability world.

Not only can my visitors view the news, they can add their own stories too.

The many non-profits that are offering services to families with disabilities, and are trying to promote their events can use Content 2.0 to announce their events and disability news to their target audience - free!

And, I've automated the process so that all the news and events submitted are instantly sent out on several RSS feeds to the community, as well as being promoted on social networking sites like Facebook and Twitter.

All with minimal work to everyone involved.

It's a real win-win-win for everyone!
